The Lu Laboratory currently provides bioinformatics service in the following areas:

* Bioinformatic analysis of genomic sequences and protein sequences. For example, prediction of transmembrane helices, signal peptides, and protein binding motifs.

* Analysis of RNA-seq or microarray gene expression data, including data pre-processing, sequence alignment, finding isoforms and expression level, and data post-processing. We are capable of analyzing less well-studied model organisms, such as fungal species.

* Biological network analysis. For example, pathway and functional analysis of a given set of proteins; analysis of network topology, motifs and modules.
